General Conditions
- By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Unauthorized use of any content on this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
Booking and Payment Terms
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the session.
- Additional costs for specific services or products will be outlined during the booking process.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the session will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
- Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without any additional fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be subject to a 50% charge of the total session fee.
Delivery of Services
- Retouched digital images will be delivered within 7-14 business days after the session.
- Custom products such as photo books or prints will have a separate delivery timeline, discussed during the order process.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their sessions.
- Clients must inform Aqualux Photography of any specific requirements or requests prior to the session.
Use of Images
- Aqualux Photography retains the right to use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients receive a personal use license for their images. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.
Privacy Policy
- Client information is collected for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Liability
- Aqualux Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rhode Island, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Changes to Terms
- Aqualux Photography reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
